1. Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we have 3 month, 6 month and 12 month options which need to be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Once your 3, 6 or 12 month commitment is met, you can cancel at any time. Without cancellation, your account will roll over to a month to month at the current rate you have at sign up.

2. What do I get for being a member?
Each month you will receive a credit for a 30 minute Express Custom Facial. Members also receive Express and Signature Custom Facials at discounted rates as well as discounts on Utopia Skyne retail items. Platinum and Diamond members receive additional discounts on select advance treatments.

3. What if I come more than once per month?
Each 30 minute Express Custom Facial in addition to your one credit per month is only $42.

4. What happens if I don't use the credit for the month?
It rolls over into the next month.

5. How long do I have to use the credit(s)?
Your credits do not expire while you are an active member. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you will have 60 days from the date the cancellation begins to use your remaining credits.

6. Can someone else use my membership?
Unfortunately, no. All facial credits are non transferable and non refundable.

7. Does Liv Beautiful offer longer or more specialized services?
Yes! We offer 60 minute Signature Custom Facials for an additional $42 which include a complimentary facial add on.
